Baobab Trust is a charitable organisation committed to working closely with the surrounding local communities to develop innovative environmental and wildlife conservation practices. 

Set up by Dr. Rene Haller in 1991 using his knowledge in developing sustainable eco-systems, the Trust builds on his experience through education, training and community initiatives.  Central to his philosophy is to use organic solutions and to promote sustainable agriculture.     

Our Projects are financed by: Bamburi Cement Ltd., Lafarge Eco Systems, UNDP GEF/SGP, The Haller Foundation -UK and private donors.
